We offer same day delivery on all orders received before 12pm GMT, Monday to Friday and 11am on Saturdays inclusive, throughout the Whitehaven and surrounding areas  . Orders received after this time will be executed as soon as possible but may be the following day.
Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate customers who dispatch orders to us for a  particular time or day, we cannot guarantee to always be able to fulfil your request.

Our Normal delivery service is between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 3pm on sat. Asking for outside these times can not be guaranteed. During peek periods (Christmas, Valentines day and mothers day ) only funeral times will be guaranteed
.We will only guarantee a timed delivery on orders for funeral flowers when such orders are received 24 hours or more before the time of the service.
A contact phone number of the recipient must be supplied in order to guarantee delivery.
Full contact details of the customer, including the phone number, must be supplied on placing an order. Should there be a problem with your order you will be contacted as soon as possible.

We offer a full international relay service. 

Due to the seasonal nature (availability) of our business we reserve the right to substitute any items (flowers or plants) illustrated on this site. Any preferences you may have regarding materials or colours to be included or excluded should be stated on placing your order and we will try to accommodate you wherever possible. We offer you a personal promise of satisfaction and should you be unhappy with any aspect of your purchase we will happily uplift and replace any item  if notified within 48 hours of delivery.

Payment must be received before the delivery can be executed.
